Our Products

Nylon 6 (PA)

Nylon 6 is a tough, abrasion-resistant material. Household components, auto components, engineering components, luggages and molded furniture widely employ nylon glass filled plastic granules. High heat resistance, excellent liquidity and high chemical corrosion resistance are key characteristics of nylon 6 glass filled plastic granules.

Nylon 66 (PA)

Nylon 66 is one of the most versatile engineering thermoplastics. It is popular in every major market using thermoplastic materials. Because of its excellent balance of strength, ductility and heat resistance, nylon 66 is an outstanding candidate for metal replacement applications. Nylon 6,6 also has a good advantage over industrial products because it reduces moisture sensitivity in raw products and has a high dimensional stability and melting point.

Mineral Filled Compounds

Mineral filled compounds are widely used in plastics and the trend is for ever-increasing use of fillers driven by several factors. Firstly, fillers allow for plastic materials with a much wider range of properties including properties not normally associated with plastics, such as high electrical conductivity or thermal conductivity. These fillers can be used to reinforce plastics, for example, fillers like talc and glass fibre have allowed polypropylene, polyamide to compete successfully in the engineering polymers market. The go to fillers are Calcium Carbonate, Talc, Magnetite, Mica, Glass fibers, etc. Glass-filled polymer (or glass-filled plastic), is a moldable composite material. It comprises short glass fibers in a matrix of a polymer material. The main properties of filler compounds are they are cost effective and pure. It is an alternative that offers design flexibility, chemical, durability, and chemical and shatter resistance. We are providing these fillers upto 50%.

F.R. Compounds

Flame Retardants (FR) are chemical compounds added to or otherwise incorporated into plastic compounds to provide varying degrees of flammability protection. Flame Retardants for thermoplastic and thermoset polymers as used in a wide variety of applications to meet an equally wide array of flammability standards. There are a variety of applications where FR additives used like in Electrical and electronic application including injection moulding of wire nuts. Components and Parts used in Ovens, Dishwashers, Refrigerators, Dryers, etc.

Heat resistance / UV Compounds

Heat resistant plastic compounds made for demanding applications. Great Shape Stability. Low Friction Behavior. High Strength. Features: High Strength And Excellent Shape Stability, Very Good Impact Resistance, Machinable With Standard Tools. These materials deliver top-quality color retention as well as resistance to chalking and glass bloom. Both are pigment able for molded-in color and can accommodate a range of pigments. These can be used in electrical and outdoor applications, including electrical enclosures, light housings and warning tiles.

Custom Build Compounds

Plastic compounding is the process of taking raw plastic material and customizing it with various additives to achieve color, property and performance requirements. Our practice of easy, effective communication leads to custom plastic manufacturing design, tooling, and manufacturing that consistently meet – even exceed – your standards. We are providing custom build compounds according to the need of our clients.

Nylon 11/12 (PA)

Nylon 11/12 has exceptionally strong resistance to cracking under stress, including instances when it encapsulates metal components and it is is more flexible, has better dimensional stability & better impact properties compared to typical short chain polyamides. It provides excellent resistance to abrasion. Even when placed under high-frequency cyclical load, Nylon 11/12 remains incredibly fatigue resistant. It is highly processable. It absorbs very little moisture, which allows components made from Nylon 12 to retain a high degree of dimensional stability, even in environments with fluctuating humidity levels. Nylon 12 is mainly used for films for packing material in the food industry and sterilized films and bags for use in the pharmaceutical and medical fields.

Polypropylene (PP)

Polypropylene (PP) is a thermoplastic polymer, which is rugged and unusually resistant to many chemical solvents, bases and acids. Our products in PP contain impact modifiers, thermal stabilizers and antioxidants to ensure stability and flow stability during thermal processing. Its properties make it an ideal material for resistant, robust products and durable goods.

Polycarbonate

Polycarbonate is a high-performance tough, amorphous and transparent thermoplastic polymer. Polycarbonate polymers are used to produce a variety of materials and are particularly useful when impact resistance and/or transparency are a product requirement (e.g. in bullet-proof glass). PC is commonly used for plastic lenses in eyewear, in medical devices, automotive components, protective gear, greenhouses, Digital Disks (CDs, DVDs, and Blu-ray), and exterior lighting fixtures. Polycarbonate plastics are engineering plastics in that they are typically used for more capable, robust materials such as in impact resistant “glass-like” surfaces.

ABS

Made by the process of polymerizing styrene and acrylonitrile in the presence of polybutadiene, our range is widely acknowledged for its exceptional features such as impact resistance, stability and long lasting usage. Ideal for injection molding and extrusion processes, these products are available in custom colored grades with glass fiber reinforcement and other features as per the requirements of the client.

PC and ABS Alloys

ABS PC is a thermoplastic alloy of polycarbonate and acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene. Both of these materials are well known amorphous plastics. PC-ABS is a high-impact engineering thermoplastic ideal for functional prototyping, tooling and low-volume manufacturing. Get the best of two FDM materials, the strength and heat resistance of a PC and the flexibility of ABS. PC-ABS also delivers excellent feature definition and surface finish. To attain properties of both PC and ABC in balanced proportions, they are combined to form PC/ABS alloys. This gives a huge variety of properties that can suit a wide range of applications. They can only be injection molded.

Polyamide Alloys

Polyamide alloy has excellent elastic property and dynamic mechanics property (high energy recovery), as well as outstanding wear resistance and low temperature flexibility. The polyamide alloy can be prepared by a simple process with low cost. The invention also relates to the use of the polyamide alloy in the manufacture of elastic articles. Blend of Nylon (Polyamide) & PP to facilitate weight reduction and still maintain good mechanical properties.
